- Meet and even exceed all relevant laws and regulations of the host country
- Taking lessons from earlier applications and accidents, continually improve our HSE performance
- Communicate with our staff and workers through regular and dedicated staff meetings as well as meetings with relevant host country officials
- Do everything possible to prevent accidents, injuries and sicknesses
- Teach our staff how to handle emergencies and urge them to refuse work until unsafe conditions are dealt with
- Assign and hold supervisory staff responsible for the identification of safety needs, communicating hazards, providing training and keeping the workers alert and vigilant through exercises
- Require all employees and contract workers to follow procedures, rules, standards, and practices to which our company has committed itself
