- Well inflow performance for each well
- Predictions of the future well performance will be determined by using simulation, decline curve, nodal analysis as well as the experienced data (production learning curve).
- Optimization of the wells by:
- selecting the suitable artificial lift method in order to extend pump life, reduce equipment failures
- using necessary chemicals for paraffin, corrosion, emulsion,
- maximizing pressure drawdown across main producing horizons by utilizing new pumps & pumping equipment
- ordering the right size of PC pumps, ESPs, downhole pumps, rod & tubing string, wellhead equipment in scope of surveillance program
- modifying wellhead connections
- measuring flowline pressures & eliminating well back pressures
- Reviewing the production operations policies & preparing new procedures
